Step 12.
Hold the tripod tube and lightly tap the top of the
plastic IV holder with a rubber mallet until the top overlaps
the bottom section.
Step 11.
Insert the tabs on the top section of the Plastic IV
Holder into the grooves on the bottom section of the Plastic
IV Holder.
Step 13
. Clip the glass-holder ring onto the tripod tube.
