Step 4.
Thread the cheese-head screw into the locking spacer
leaving it loose so the feet can still be easily inserted into the
footed mid-section.

Step 7.
Attach the two feet with locking casters opposite one
another. Mount the remaining foot with the regular swivel
caster onto the 5-footed plastic mid-section.
Step 6.
Attach the second foot with an electrically conductive
caster as shown above, opposite the first.
Step 5.
(A) Lift the clamp disk up and slide one of the feet
with electrically conductive casters into the 5-footed plastic
mid-section. (B) Align the groove on the clamp disk with the
hole in the foot and push the clamp disk down until they
snap together.
