No water flows from the tap after installing the

.
Solution:
You should first check that the cold water connection has been turned on. Please bear in mind that
it may take a while for the
“Aqua-Q® “
to produce enough water and reach the required operating
pressure. Make sure that there are no kinks or bends in any of the water hoses. If the tap is still not
flowing, go through the installation instructions step by step for a second time and make sure that
you have followed all instructions. Please contact us if the problem cannot be resolved.
Problem 2:
No water flows from the tap after a new filter cartridge has been fitted.
Solution:
Make sure that you have correctly inserted the filter into the case.
Problem 3:
The water pressure in my home is over 600.000 Pascal
Solution:
If the water pressure is too high, it could damage the
“Aqua-Q® “
and its membranes.
If the pressure in your home is too high, please install a pressure regulator.
Problem 4:
