Putting on the sleeve
Remove clothing from your lower left arm.
Attach the wrist sleeve in such a way that it is ap-
prox. 0.5 –1 cm away from the palm of your hand.
Wrap the sleeve tightly around your wrist so that
there is no gap between the sleeve and your wrist.
Wrap the sleeve according to the shape of your wrist.
If the sleeve is not fi rmly attached, the pressure will
increase and the wrist will become numb. Correct
measurement is then no longer possible.
If the sleeve cannot be attached to your left arm and
therefore it is not possible to measure your left arm,
use your right one instead.
