Problem Solution
For whistling
sounds
Decrease volume. Always begin with volume at the
lowest point. Increase volume one click at a time, at a
slow pace, until you find it most comfortable.
Be sure Earpiece is clean and inserted securely.
Amplifier emits
signal tones
Replace Battery.
Make sure Battery Compartment is completely closed.
If there is a
disturbing noise
in the background
that will not go
away
Be sure you have allowed yourself to become
acclimated to your HD Smart Ear by using it in small
increments and slowly increasing your usage time.
It is important to get used to both sounds you are
focusing on and background noise, as well.
Adjust Mode and Volume settings to help acclimate.
If the sound is still disconcerting, you may be too
sensitive for HD Smart Ear. You may reach out to us
and arrange a return and refund.
