3G Module (on selected models)
Connecting to the Internet using 3G
HCL ME Tablet PC can connects to the Internet through cellular data network using its internal 3G module.
Make sure 3G module is enabled using millennium control panel software as shown below
Joining a Cellular Data Network
Before you can join a cellular data network on HCL ME Tablet PC using 3G, you need to sign up for a cellular
data plan. And install the SIM card on to the SIM slot as explained earlier in the chapter “knowing the parts”
and you can use the mobile partner software to sign-in on to your cellular network.
The technical information such as APN, Access number,which needs to be fed in to the mobile partner
software(Under options one may create a new profile to enter these data) may vary widely depending upon
your cellular operator. Please refer to your cellular operator for these details.
