To verify voltage is getting through the swivel to the MOTOR :
1.
Power the system off
2.
Disconnect the power end connection at the motor
3.
Power the system on and make sure the
RUN
light is on the display
4.
Put meter leads on the white and black ports, you should get 115 VAC
