462GMCST, and 462EMPST have a maximum weight capacity of 500 lb (227 kg).
Horizon series Stretcher models 462DPAST, 462FMCST, and 462HMCST have a maximum
weight capacity of 800 lb (363 kg).
All Horizon stretchers have a warning label at head or foot end of stretcher top frame that
states maximum weight capacity. Those models whose weight capacity has been increased
(462EMPST, 462DPAST, 462FMCST, and 462HMCST) can be identified by this weight capacity
label at head or foot of stretcher top frame, as well as the navy bumper channel and rail cap;
earlier models with lower weight capacity, and those with unchanged weight capacity, have a
gray bumper channel and rail cap.
