IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
UNPACKING
7) Never empty the grass sack while the motor is running. To do this, switch off
the lawn mower.
8) Check the surface which the lawn mower is to be used on and remove all
objects that the machine can eject out of the discharge chute.
9) If a foreign object (e.g. stone) is hit by the cutting blade or the lawn mower
starts vibrating abnormally, stop the motor immediately and remove the
plug from the outlet. Check the lawn mower for damage, and have any damage
repaired at an authorized repair facility.
10) For lawnmowers with rotating blades, never stand in front of the grass disharge
chute.
Caution!
Potential damage to the machine
Tripping hazard
When changing directions, be careful not to trip over the mains cable and injure
yourself. Position the extension cord behind you so that it stays out of the path
which you are walking along while mowing, and is kept away from the cutting blade.

Comply with municipal regulations concerning the times when the
mower may be used (if required, contact your local authority).
