3 - Maintenance sheets
Each specific procedure is described in the following maintenance instructions.
Before performing any maintenance interventions, place the machine in maintenance configuration.
Report that the machine is under maintenance by tagging the platform and ground control boxes.
Using the machine during maintenance is strictly forbidden.
Return the machine to operating configuration after maintenance has been completed.
N.B.
-:-For Russia and the Ukraine only : All the fillings, drain and lubrication points (tanks caps, engines
drain plugs, ...) are red.

PLACING THE MACHINE IN MAINTENANCE CONFIGURATION
For COMPACT 10DX - H12/15/18SX(L)
This operation is performed on both sides of the platform
For COMPACT 12DX
The maintenance support (on both sides of the machine) must be put in place before any maintenance
operations
1.
Place the machine on firm, level ground.
2.
Check that the two E-stop buttons are unlocked.
3.
Turn the ground control box selector key to ground control box.
4.
Push the chassis lifting switch upwards to lift the platform.
5.
Unscrew and turn the 2 maintenance props so that they hang
vertically.
6.
Push the ground control box lifting switch slowly downwards until
the maintenance props are bearing weight on the 2 fastening
points.
The maintenance prop must be in place before any maintenance operation is begun.
7.
Place the machine on firm, level ground.
8.
Check that the two E-stop buttons are unlocked.
9.
Turn the ground control box selector key to ground control box.
10.
Push the chassis lifting switch upwards to lift the platform.
11.
Unscrew the maintenance prop and turn it forwards so that it
hangs vertically.
12.
Push the ground control box lifting switch slowly downwards until
the maintenance prop is weightbearing on the lower pivot tube.
Before beginning any intervention on the machine, wait until the platform is completely stationary.
