Remove valve cover (see fig.: 8).

Connect test pipe of test pump to valve (see fig.: 9).
A maximum pressure of
0�5 bar is then applied via the
test pump
.
After a period of 1 minute, the pressure
may not drop
below 0�4 bar
.
Once the test is complete, the test pressure can be released
at the pump or valve.
Replace the valve cover (see fig.: 10).

Potential reasons for leakage
1. Not all screws were tightened with the specified torque.
» Check torque and tighten screws if necessary.
2. Pipes are damaged (breaks, grooves and scratches).
» Check pipes for damage. Shift the pipes so that there is no damage at the place where the
press sealed is positioned.
3 The wall sleeve is damaged.
»Shift the press seal in the wall sleeve to an undamaged position.
4. The core drill hole is damaged.
» Blowholes and bumps in the core drill hole must be levelled before applying the press seal.
