This screen appears if the freeze
dryer loses power during a
batch. This can happen from a
power outage, the machine being
unplugged, turning the switch off
on the machine.
•
Pressing “
Cancel” will return you
to the home screen.
•
Pressing “
Proceed” will return the
freeze dryer to the point where
the process was interrupted.
Error in Drying, Unable to Achieve
Vacuum
•
This screen will appear when the
freeze dryer isn’t able to achieve
proper vacuum in a set amount of
time or it lost the vacuum pressure.
•
There are fail safes to protect the
vacuum pump:
•
Get under 2500mT within 15
minutes.
•
Then pull under 1000mT within
30 minutes.
•
If the freeze dryer fails to achieve
these pressures, this screen
appears and prompts you to
find the vacuum leak. Once the
vacuum leak has been found and
sealed, press “
Continue” to return
to the point where the process
was interrupted.
