Assembly Instructions
Cut hole in fence and assemble Support Posts (Behind Fence Sockets Only)
-
directly in front for each socket measure up from ground level 145mm to square centre
and cut a square hole 90x90mm in the fence (or kick board).

Fix the Sidebars to the Uprights
- Fit each assembled
Sidebar (from Step 3) to the Thro-fence Support Arm (as
Shown in Fig 3). With at least 2 people, lift the Goal Frame
(from step 4) and fit to the Sidebars at the bottom (as shown in
Fig 6). Depending on your surface, you can adjust the gap under
the upright by moving the Bottom Bracket (24), up or down.

Fit Net Support
- Fit each Net Support (9) to the Uprights
as shown in Fig 6 then fit to the Sidebars as shown in Fig 7
ensuring that the countersunk head of the Bolt (15) fits into
the dimple on the Net Support.

Assemble the Crossbar to the Uprights
- Lay the Crossbar (1) and Uprights (2)
flat on the ground and insert 4 Square Headed Bolts (17) into each Crossbar and
Upright. Slide the Uprights onto the crossbar ensuring that the net hook slot is
facing upwards. Secure the Crossbar using the Brackets (26 & 27) and Bolts also fit the
Bottom Brackets (24) with bolts as shown in Fig 5.

Fitting The Net
(Not Supplied) - Attach the net hooks (29) to the net approx 250mm apart, then
insert the hook into the slot on the goal section and twist to lock. As a guide you should fit 8 to
each Upright and the remainder to the Crossbar. Tie the headline Rope (supplied with the net) to
the Net Support and the Net Rope (22) to the Lugs on the Sidebars, weaving the rope through the net
to stop the ball going underneath. Finally loop the net runback under the Sidebars and fix the net back
onto itself with “S” type Net Clips (23).

Folding The Goal
- The goal can be folded in either
direction about the Support Posts. With 2 people, push
each upright simultaneously in the chosen direction until
they become into position.
When the goal is in the folded position (as shown in Fig 10), fix
the goal to the fence with the Chain (21) and Carabiner Clip (28)
provided. To prevent unauthorized use of the goal you should
replace the Carabiner Clip with a Padlock (not supplied).

Assemble Sidebars
- Remove any unnecessary bolts and insert an internal
adjuster (6) into each of the Sidebars (7 & 8). Lining up the desired bolt hole with
the slot in the Sidebar. Fasten with Bolt (16) and Large Washer (18) (as shown in
fig 4). Don’t worry at this stage about the exact projection of the goal, any adjustment
can be made later. Fit the sidebars to the Thro-fence arms with the slot facing inwards.

Adjusting the Projection
- To achieve accurate
projection, adjust Bolt (16) as shown in Fig 8, so that the
uprights sit over the Goal Line.

Insert the Support Posts (4) into the Sockets and fix the Support Arms/Support
Post Hinge (5) to the Posts using M10 Nuts (12) and U-Bolt (14), positioning the
Arms so that the Arm Plate is 70mm from Ground Level (as shown in Fig 3).
