Assembly Instructions

Using the pack contents list on previous page, identify the parts required for the assembly of this cricket
cage. Read all the instructions through first to familiarize yourself with the best order of assembly and
remember the key points. It is advised that two or more persons assemble this cricket cage.

Lay all the bottom parts of the cage on the ground and fit together with the necessary key clamps from
the parts contents. (Use Fig.1 for reference).

Then start to insert the uprights into the key clamps used on the bottom part of the cage. Fit the Key
Clamps that will be needed for the diagonal braces, these need to be hand tightened only at this point at
the approx positions shown in Fig 1.

Retrieve the top rods and key clamps that are used on the roof of the cage and assemble. Once you have
the structure of the cage, go back and check that all of the Key Clamps the you have fitted to the cage are
secure.

Next the diagonal braces have to be fitted, start at the point indicated on Fig 1, 400mm up from bottom
of cage. Using a spirit level to ensure that the square and secure the other end of the diagonal brace.
Continue around the cage fitting each diagonal brace.

anging the net.
Before hanging the net, it is recommended that two people stretch the net and pull it
into shape. Hang the surround on the hanging hooks inside the frame. Lace the roof to the surround
netting with the twine provided starting at point shown on fig 2.

Fit the top brace as shown in Fig 1.
