of the outside Posts. Feed Wire around the Winch, behind the Strap and through
both loops in the Strap Bracket

Thread Strap (13) through the larger loop in the Strap Bracket (9/12) and feed into the slot in the
Winch (16). Operate Winch until Strap has passed around the hub and will
slip when pulled
