CONNECTING TO TV
NOTES:
•
If you want to enjoy sound only from your CITATION speakers,
make sure to set your TV audio settings to support external
speakers and disable the built-in TV speakers.
•
Before you make or change any connections, make sure that all
devices are disconnected from the power outlet.

1) Connect an HDMI cable (sold separately) from the
connector on the back of this product to the
connector on your TV.

NOTES:
• An HDMI connection supports digital audio and video with a
single connector. It is the best option to connect to the TV.
• If your TV features an
connector, you can enjoy the TV
audio through your Citation system by using a single HDMI cable.
• This HDMI connection is required if you intend to connect other
video devices to the Citation Adapt inputs to display on your TV.
• On your TV, turn on HDMI-CEC operations. HDMI-CEC is a feature
that enables CEC compliant devices that are connected through
HDMI to be controlled by a single remote control, such as volume
control for both the TV and the Citation Adapt. See the user
manual of your TV for details.
