You only need your voice to use your Invoke, but you can also use touch to do certain things.
Short tap: less than 3 seconds
A short tap stops or responds to whatever is in progress. For example, you can:
•
Stop the music
•
Answer an incoming call
•
Hang up an ongoing call
•
Cancel a timer or alarm
If nothing’s happening and you tap the top, Cortana will surprise you with an interesting
fact or tidbit.
Long tap: more than 3 seconds
•
Tell Cortana to start listening, as if you’d said “Hey Cortana”
•
Ignore an incoming call
