STEP 9:   

ADD FIRE BRICKS

Place the fire bricks into the fire box.  Place 3 pieces 
at the back, 2 pieces to the right side, 2 pieces to the 
left side and 10 pieces on the base of the fire box.

STEP 10: 

ADD PIZZA STONES

Place  the 2 pieces of pizza stone onto the oven floor 
supports then slide the roast rack onto one of the two 
supports.

*NB:  Only one roast rack provided

STEP 11:  

ASSEMBLE FLUE

Attach Flue cover onto upper flue stack with 3
pieces of M5-10 screws.

Connect upper flue stack and lower flue stack 
with 4 pieces of M5-10 screws.
