1. Close all doors and
make sure they are
securely fastened.
2. If the seal is bad it will
need replacing. Call
your local Hardy
Dealer for parts. See
Owners Manual for
replacing door seals.
3. Unplug blower motor.
Check lid and blower
for creosote buildup.
Remove blower,
dissemble, clean, and
oil.
4. Check temperature
setting on aquastat.
Should be 170ºF. If
aquastat is allowing
blower to run until
water boils, replace
aquastat.
5. Repair or replace all
lines or connections
that are leaking.
