Step 5. The Hard Calibration is complete. The system functions as a
scale at this point.
Step 6. Press the Exit button two times to return to the Operational
Display.
Setting the Sticker
Value
Step 1. The sticker value normalizes each instrument and should only
be changed when replacing the Secure Memory Module
(SMM) or when the sticker value is lost.
Step 2. When calibrating the controller for the first time, or when you
are sure the sticker value displayed is correct do not change
the sticker value.
Step 3. Press the Enter button menu.
CAUTION
IF YOU ARE NOT SURE IF THE STICKER VALUE IS CORRECT OR HAVE
TRANSFERRED THE SECURE MEMORY MODULE (SMM) TO A NEW
SYSTEM, DO THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES:
NOTE:
The C2 Calibration uses the sticker value. If the SMM is replaced or the sticker value
is lost and you are using C2 calibration, you will need to use this process to enter the
new sticker value.
Step 4. Check the sticker number of the A/D PCB (Prt. # 0535-0445).
Step 5. Disconnect the Power Cable from the unit.
Step 6. Remove the four pan head machine screws that fasten the rear
panel to the extruded enclosure. Gently pull the rear panel out
until you can see the Sticker Number (six digit number that
begins with 3XXXXX) Write this number down.
Step 7. Reassemble and connect the Power Cable to the unit.
Step 8. Re-enter the Configuration Calibration Menu and press the
arrow buttons to get to the sticker value selection.
Step 9. If the sticker number in the sticker sub-menu matches the
sticker value of the A/D PCB (Prt. # 0535-0445), press the
Enter button.
Step 10. If the sticker number in the sub-menu does not match the
sticker number on the A/D PCB (Prt. # 0535-0445), or reads
"0", use the numeric keys to enter the correct sticker number.
Step 11. Press the Enter Button.
