IntelliTrack

FAULT

PROBABLE CAUSE

CONTROL/REMEDY

IntelliTrack steers slowly or erratically.

Air in system.

Vent the Intellitrack cylinders - see “Venting the Steering 
Hydraulics”

Front potentiometer bar/springs move 
erratically.

Re-arrange the spring setup, so that the potentiometer bar 
moves freely.

IntelliTrack has non-linear steering or is not 
following the tractor’s track.

Front potentiometer springs are not parallel.

Refit springs to parallel position and check potentiometer 
reading - see “IntelliTrack Front Potentiometer Calibration”.
