Changing of valves and diaphragms
Diaphragms
Remove the diaphragm bolt 4 after having dismantled the valve cover
as indicated above.
The diaphragm 5 may then be changed. If fluids have reached the
crankcase, re-grease the pump thoroughly.
Reassemble with the following torque settings:

Level indicator
Depending on products used, it can become difficult
to see the red sphere inside the level indicator tube.
Note that the tube can be replaced when necessary.
Valves
Remove valve cover
1. Before changing
the valves 2 note the
orientation of the
valves so that they
are replaced cor-
rectly.
Important: Note
valve with white flap
2A is placed in the
valve opening
shown.
It is recommended to
use new O-rings 3
when changing or
checking the valves.
