This chapter describe operations maintanance on the machine. To keep the machine in good,
safe and reliable working order, as well as keeping the maintenance and repair costs to a mini-
mum it is essential to follow the preventive maintenance programme given hereafter.

Tighten wheel bolts
After 2 h
After 10 h
Check that hydraulic circuit is oil tight.
Tighten wheel bolts.
After 50 h
Check engine for leaks. (*).
Change engine oil and Change engine oil filter (*).
Replace fuel filter (*)
Check belts (*).
Replace hydraulic circuit filters.
After 250 h
Change oil in hydraulic reservoir.
Check air conditioning
Drain water on fuel pre-filter
(*) follow instructions given in the DEUTZ manual without fail.
