DESCRIPTION
Gas cylinder
The weed burner uses butane/propane. The
cylinder must have a valve and thread in
accordance with the standard: EN 417. See
Jula’s current range of gas cylinders at www.
jula.se.
ASSEMBLY
Fitting the gas cylinder
1. Check that the valve is closed.
2. Fit the gas cylinder by screwing it into the
thread.
3. Check for leakage – see section “Leakage
and tightness check”
Removing the gas cylinder
1. Check that the valve is closed.
2. Unscrew the gas cylinder from the
weed burner.
USE
Lighting
1. Turn the regulator.
2. Press the automatic lighter one or more
times until the gas lights.
Always point the nozzle down at a 45° angle
away from people and animals.
Adjusting the flame
You adjust the flame by turning the regulator
valve.

never use the gas burner
indoors. This must always be
done outdoors.
• Do not use the gas burner
near flammable liquids,
flames, embers or cigarettes
etc.
• Never use the gas burner if it
is leaking.
• Always point the nozzle down
and at a 45° angle away
from your legs.
• Always allow the burner to
cool after use and before
putting it away.
