Installation Instructions

Read the ENTIRE IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION section at the 
beginning of this document including all text under subheadings therein 
before set up or use of this product.

1. 

IMPORTANT:  Disconnect the 
negative battery cable from the 
battery during the entire light 
installation to prevent potential 
damage to the electrical system.

Note:

  Disconnecting the battery may 

result in the loss of the radio and clock 
settings.  Refer to your vehicle’s owner’s 
manual before disconnecting battery cable.

2.  Select Mounting Base:

a.  Use Flat Pad Mounting 

Base (7) for flat surface.

b.  Use Rounded Pad Mounting 

Base (6) for round bar.

3.  Use Mounting Pad as a template to 

mark hole locations to install the Light.

CAUTION!

  Mount to stable location with 

adequate clearance.  If drilling is required, 
beware of any hidden electrical lines 
or cables.  Do not damage or weaken 
the structural integrity of the vehicle.

4.  Drill mounting holes.

5.  Route cable behind Light through 

any exit point on the Mounting Pad.  
See Figure A.  Be sure the cable 
fits within the top recess area of the 
Mounting Pad and reaches connection 
point without strain to the wires.

Note:

  Cable/wires should avoid direct 

contact with hot, sharp or abrasive surfaces.
