a�  Put a Flat Washer (23) on the 

Wheel Axle (5) and slide a Wheel on�

b�  Add a second Flat Washer (23) and R-Pin (24)�
c�  Repeat for the other Wheel�

a�  Slide the Latch Bolt (26) through the side 

hole of the Hitch (9)�  After it passes through 
to the inside, add a Spacer (28) onto the 
Bolt as seen in the top of Figure G� 

b�  With the Latch’s notch facing the back of the 

Cart, guide it under the Hitch Support (3)�  
Then, guide it up though the Hitch Support’s 
notch which should be lined up with the 
center oblong hole in the Hitch�

c�  Feed the Bolt through the Latch’s 

second 

hole�  Add another Spacer to the 

Bolt so that the Latch is centered and 
sandwiched between the two Spacers�

d�  Once the Bolt is passed through the 

other side of the Hitch, thread on the 
Latch Lock Nut (27) and tighten securely�

e�  Using pliers (not provided), connect the 

Spring (7) by placing one of its hooks into the 

top

 hole of the Latch and the other into the 

center round

 hole of the Hitch�  See Figure G�

f�  Pull Latch to ensure it operates smoothly�
