Replacing Nozzles

Note:  When replacing a Nozzle (5A), always make sure the Air Jet (8) in place is com-
patible with the desired Nozzle.

The smaller of the two Air Jets should be used with the two smaller Nozzles (3/16” and
13/64”).  The larger Air Jet should be used with the two larger Nozzles (15/64” and 17/
64”).

Instructions for changing Nozzles and Air Jets:

1.  After selecting the appropriate Nozzle, use the Hex Key Wrench
to loosen the front Hex Set Screw on the Gun (48).

2.  Remove the installed Nozzle, and
insert the new Nozzle, round end
first, into the Gun assembly.
Tighten the Hex Set Screw.

3.  To replace the Air Jet, use
the Hex Key Wrench to loosen the rear Hex
Set Screw on the Gun.  Pull away this
section of the Gun to reveal the Air Jet.

4.  Remove the installed Air Jet, and install the correct size
replacement Air Jet (wide, round end first).  Replace the
removed section of the Gun and tighten the rear Hex Set Screw.
