To extinguish the flame, turn the Hand Wheel (17) 

clockwise

 until closed.  Also,

make sure to close the outlet valve on the propane tank.

When finished using the Propane Torch, allow it to cool before storing.
Dis-connect the Propane Torch from propane tank.  Store the Propane Torch and
propane cylinder  in a safe location and out of reach of children 

-see page 4

Specific Product Precaution 2 for further details.

INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE, AND CLEANING

1.

Before each use,

 inspect the general condition of the Propane Torch.  Check for

loose Bolts and Nuts, misalignment or binding of moving parts, loose connections
and joints,  cracked, bent, or broken parts, excessively worn Hose (3), and any
other condition that may affect its safe operation.  If a problem occurs, have the
problem corrected before further use.

Do not use damaged equipment.

2.

When cleaning,

 use only water and a mild detergent.  Do not use cleaners that

are combustible or corrosive.

3.

When storing,

 always allow sufficient time for the Propane Torch to completely

cool down before storing.  Do not store flammable liquids or materials in the area
surrounding the Propane Torch.  Make sure the Hand Wheel (17) is in its “OFF”
position and that the Torch is disconnected from the propane tank.
