ENVIRONMENT SETTINGS
DEVICE OPERATION SETTING
Select the power and operation mode of the speaker and audio module.

On the Home screen, click <

First, check the PoE, PoE+ power specifications of the switch hub to be used.

Select the proper power mode as per the product usage. (Initial power mode: PoE)

If the <

> while the switch hub is specially designed for PoE and it is played
loudly, temporary interference (audio playback stops, reboot, etc.) may occur.

If the switch hub is compatible with both PoE and PoE+, set the <

> for each situation. If the product is <

>, check if the channel is set to <
PoE+

in the switch hub settings menu.

As PoE+ (802.3at) can provide about twice more power than PoE (802.3af) through the network cable,
its speaker output is louder.

When the product's power mode is PoE+, a switch hub for both PoE, PoE+ which supports the LLDP (Link Layer
Discovery Protocol) function must be used while the LLDP function of the channel, which is connected to the product, is
turned on.
If you use a switch hub without the LLDP function, the product may not operate properly.

For the speaker, you can select one of two operational modes depending on its usage.

Controller: You should register only one controller speaker, and the rest should be set up in speaker
mode.

Speaker: You can use the functions of BGM play, CHIME & TTS setup, or SIP (VoIP phone voice
transfer) by themselves.
Moreover, you can run the audio broadcasting and control functions operated through a
controller by registering it to a device employing controller mode.

If you change into speaker mode while using controller mode, delete other registered products and execute the system
initialization on the controller mode status.
