1. Attach the power unit to the
blending shaft (5) and turn
clockwise to lock.
2. Connect the mains plug with a
properly installed socket with
earthing contact.
3. To prevent splashing, insert
the blending shaft in the food
you want to purée before turn-
ing it on.
4. Press the safety switch (1) to
unlock the hand blender.
5. Press the power button (2) to
turn the hand blender on.
The speed increases the fur-
ther down you push the power
button.
The hand blender is equipped a
built-in safety mechanism. If you
release the power button (2),
the hand blender will lock after
3 seconds and you must press the
safety switch (1) again in order to
continue working.
Using the hand blender
You can use the hand blender (5)
for puréeing baby food, soups or
sauces, for example.
If you are using the large mixing
container, make sure not to put
more than 600 ml of contents in it.
To purée food, you need to use
some fluid, for example, water,
milk or juice. Add as much fluid as
required until the desired consist-
ency is reached.
Always use the large mixing con-
tainer to get the best blending re-
sult and to prevent splashing.
