transport or carry it alone, rather al-
ways with at least two persons.

If a trolley is used to move the wash-
ing machine, it must be lifted as shown
on the packaging. Always transport
the washing machine vertically and
with a built-in transport safety device.
• Check whether the paths of transport and
the installation location are suitable for the
weight of the appliance. If in doubt, ask
your landlord or property management.
Removing the transport safety
devices
WARNING!
Risk of electric shock!
Touching live parts may result in severe
injury or even death.

Make sure the appliance is not con-
nected to the power supply whilst the
transport safety devices are being re-
moved or installed.

1. Loosen the screws of the transport safety
devices (18) using a 10 mm wrench.

2. Remove the transport safety devices (18).

3. Close the openings with the covers (29)
supplied.
4. Keep the transport safety devices (18)
in a safe place. Re-install the transport
safety devices every time the appliance is
moved - when moving home or returning
the appliance!
