• We do not advise positioning the appliance next to an oven,
stove or radiator. Abide by minimum distances:
– to electric stoves: 3 cm,
– to oil and coal burning stoves: 30 cm,
– to refrigerators: 2 cm,
– to washing machines/dishwashers: 2 cm.
• If these distances cannot be maintained, place an insulating
plate in-between. If underfloor heating is installed in the room,
place an insulating plate of solid material underneath the refrig-
erator.
• To ensure adequate air circulation, do not place the refrigerator
directly against the wall.
About climate categories
• Observe the specified ambient temperature (see “Intend-
ed use” on page EN-4.
Climate category means that the appliance is intended for
operation at the specified ambient temperature (see table
‘Climate categories’). If the room temperature drops signif-
icantly below this, the unit will not switch on as often. This
indicates that an unwelcome increase in temperature may
occur.
