Adding dishes
CAUTION!
Risk of scalding!
If you open the dishwasher door,
hot steam will come out.
■
Maintain a suffi cient distance from
the door and do not hold your head
or upper body directly above the
open door.
■
Keep children and pets away from the
appliance when opening the door.
■
Make sure that children do not open
the door during operation.
You can add more dishes even if the dish-
washing programme is already running.
In this case, the current dishwashing pro-
gramme should only have been running for
a short time, as only then can the additional
dishes be cleaned.
1. Open the dishwasher door slightly and
wait until the spraying arm has come to a
standstill and the steam has dispersed.
When you open the dishwasher door,
the dishwasher programme is automatical-
ly paused.
2. Open the dishwasher door completely
and slowly.
3. Add the dishes.
4. Close the dishwasher door.
The programme will continue to run.
A signal tone will sound at regular
intervals while the dishwashing pro-
gramme is paused.

the steam to escape more easily.

Allow the dishes to cool before un-
loading the dishwasher.

An open dishwasher door can quickly
become a tripping hazard.
■
Close the door after every use.
■
Only leave the door slightly open to
cool down.

Make sure that children and pets do
not stand on the open door.
