Troubleshooting table

The LED (13) is
illuminated, although
dishwasher salt has
been added.
The dishwasher salt is
clumpy.
Stir the dishwasher salt using the
end of a spoon or similar.
The water is not run-
ning or it is running only
very slowly.
There is a kink in the inlet
hose.
Lay out the inlet hose in such a man-
ner that it is not kinked.
The water tap is not on
properly.
Turn the water tap on completely.
The water is not run-
ning off or only very
slowly.
The filters are blocked.
Clean the filters (see page EN-26).
The outlet hose is kinked,
has been extended or is
hanging too high up/too low.
Lay out the outlet hose in the proper
manner (see page EN-29).
The dishwasher is not
watertight.
The door seal is defective.
Have the door seal replaced
(see “Service” on page EN-39).
The outlet hose or the inlet
hose is defective.
Have the defective hose replaced
(see “Service” on page EN-39).
The dishwasher can be
switched on/off, but not
cannot be operated.
The dishwasher can only be
operated when the door is
closed.
Close the door.
The dishwasher cannot

The buttons are locked.

Arrange the inlet hose properly so that it is not kinked
(see “Connecting the inlet hose” on page EN-29).
Ensure that the water pressure is correct. See “Technical specifi-
cations” on page EN-41.

Water overflow
Switch off the tap. Find the gap in the seal (or have someone find
it) and repair the leak (or have it repaired).
Required temperature not
reached.
Malfunction in the heating element. Have the appliance examined
and repaired.
