– Place drinks cartons and bottles in the
lower interior area (10).
– Place fresh meat, game, poultry, bacon,
sausage and raw fish in the lower interior
area (10). This is where the temperature
is lowest.
• Only store strong alcohol standing upright
and tightly closed.
• Allow hot food to cool before placing it in-
side the appliance.
The temperatures within the appliance
and therefore its energy consumption
may rise if the lid is frequently opened
or kept open for long periods, or if the ambi-
ent temperature exceeds the stipulated mini-
mum or maximum levels (see “Intended use”
on page EN-4).
Maintaining quality
• To maintain the flavour and freshness of
food inside the appliance, package all
food to be cooled before placing it inside
the appliance. Use special plastic contain-
ers for food or customary films.
• Place the food
– inside the appliance in a way that allows
air to circulate freely.
– not touching the wall. Otherwise, it may
freeze onto the wall.
