The light will switch (2) on as soon as the

is powered.
–
Run
(9) illuminates when the compressor
is working.
–
Alarm
(10) illuminates when the temper-

the specified value.
Operation
The Alarm indicator light will illuminate during
normal operation (10)
– immediately after using the appliance for
the first time;
– during cooling down after defrosting and
cleaning;
– after a prolonged power failure;
– if you have stored a large amount of
fresh food.
As soon as the set temperature is reached,
the Alarm (10) indicator light turns off auto-
matically.
If the Alarm (10) indicator light illuminates for
another reason, take a look at the trouble-
shooting table to find a solution to fix the error
(see page EN-22).
If you cannot find a solution for the problem
here, please contact our customer service
department (see page EN-24).
Switching off
1. Set the temperature controller (11) to
‘OFF’.
The compressor is switched off. The ap-
pliance doesn’t refrigerate anymore. The
Power (8) indicator light is still on and the
light still works when the lid is opened.
The Run (9) and Alarm (10) indicator
lights no longer illuminate.
2. To switch the appliance off completely,
pull out the mains plug.
The Power (8) indicator light will turn off
because the appliance is no longer con-
nected to the mains.
3. If the appliance is switched off, leave the
lid open slightly to avoid mould formation.
