Changing the door hinges
Depending on the space conditions, you can
change the direction of the door hinges on
your appliance. This work, however, requires
you to have a certain degree of craftsmanship
skills. Please read the following steps com-
pletely before commencing work.
In addition to the package contents, you will
need:
– a medium-sized slot screwdriver and Phil-
lips screwdriver,
– a size 8 and size 10 spanner,
– pliers
Removing the door and
hinges
1. Pull the mains plug out of the socket.

2. Using a Phillips screwdriver, lift out
the protective cover (16) of the upper
hinge (17).

3. Unscrew the 3 screws (18) on the upper
hinge (17) and remove the hinge (17).

4. Using a flathead screwdriver, lift out the
cover (19) on the opposite side.
5. Open the appliance door (3), remove it
and place it to one side.

6. Tilt the unit slightly backwards against a
wall so that the lower hinge (20) is acces-
sible.
7. Unscrew the screw foot (4).
8. Unscrew the hinge (20).

9. Remove the protective cap (21), and
place it back onto the screw on the oppo-
site side.
