Choosing a suitable location
CAUTION!
Risk of injury!
Improper handling of the appliance
may lead to injuries.

The appliance is heavy and bulky.
Have a second person help you to
transport and assemble the appli-
ance.
■
If a trolley is used to move the appli-
ance, the appliance must be moved
as shown on the packaging.
■
Only lift the appliance as shown on
the packaging.
■
Remove all obstacles on the transport
route and from the installation loca-
tion, e.g. open doors and clear away
objects lying on the fl oor.
The planned location must fulfil the following
prerequisites:
– Note that the location must be appropriate
for a total weight of 46kg.
– Ensure that the location is a dry, frost-free
space with a solid substructure.
Positioning
If you wish to install the dishwasher under-
neath a worktop, skip this section and contin-
ue with “Connecting the outlet hose”.
1. Remove cardboard, polystyrene and ad-
hesive strips from the inside of the dish-
washer, if you have not already done so.
2. Place the dishwasher in the desired
position.

3. In order to equalise unevenness in the
floor and set up the dishwasher on a level
horizontal base, you can screw the four
appliance feet (26) in or out. There are
slots in the appliance feet around the cir-
cumference. Insert a screwdriver and turn
the appliance foot.
Use a spirit level to set up the dishwasher.
Connecting the outlet hose
NOTICE
Potential malfunction!
Waste water must be able to run away
freely at all times.
■
Ensure that the waste pipe has a di-
ameter of 40 mm.
■
Ensure that there are no kinks or dam-
age to the outlet hose.
■
Make sure that the end of the hose is
not submerged in the pumped water.
■
Do not extend the outlet hose or re-
place with another drainage pipe.
