10. Put the upper hinge on the correct side
of the door and screw it tight.
11. Screw the metal strip back onto the re-
frigerator.
12. Check that the door seal is correctly in
place (see „Checking and cleaning the
door seals“ on page EN-18).
Changing the opening direction of
the freezer door

1. Unscrew the hinge screw (16) on the bot-
tom of the freezer compartment(14). Use
the cross-headed screwdriver.
2. Open the freezer door and remove the
door and hinge.
3. Remove the hinge from the door pin.

4. On the door latch, remove the covers
on the screws (17) and unscrew the two
screws.
5. Turn the door latch 180° and fix it to the
opposite side. Use the screws (17) to do
so.
6. Push the two covers into the door latch
again.
7. To install the freezer door on the other
side, turn it around by 180°.
8. Insert the door with the upper door peg
into the opening at the top of the freezer
compartment.

9. Place the hinge on the lower door peg
and screw it securely to the appliance us-
ing the hinge screw (16).
