The display of fine dust
pollution

PM2.5
(3)
• Your appliance measures the levels of
fine dust particles smaller than 2.5 micro-
metres in diameter (PM 2.5) in the indoor
air. These and larger fine dust particles
are filtered out of the air by the appliance.
• The level of fine dust is shown in the dis-
play (3). The colour of the display chang-
es from blue to turquoise, green, yellow,
purple and red depending on the amount
of fine dust. Blue stands for very good air
quality, red for very poor air quality.

and off. After switching on, a signal tone

quence on the display. The fine dust pol-
lution value is then displayed.

Mode
:
• Turbo: The filter effect is strongest in this
mode. This setting is recommended for
very bad air, e.g. in smoking areas. The
fan runs at maximum speed here so it is
quite loud.
• Auto: This setting automatically adjusts
the filter effect according to the degree of
air pollution. When the room air is good,
the appliance is barely audible; when the
room air is bad, the fan runs faster and
the volume increases.
• Sleep: Select this setting if you want the
appliance to operate as quietly as possi-
ble, e.g. at night.
