Changing the filters
If one of the Filter Change Reminder LEDs (2)
lights up, the corresponding filter (7) or (8)
must be replaced with a new one within 2
weeks.
You can find information about ordering a
new filter in chapter “Service” on page EN-16.
Changing the H13 filter (7)
If the “Filter Change Reminder 2” LED lights
up, the H13 filter (7) must be replaced.
1. Switch off the appliance and take the
mains plug out of the socket.
2. Remove the H13 filter (7) and replace it
with a new filter of the same type (see
“Remove filter packing” on page EN-10).
3. Insert the filter cover (6) at the bottom and
fold it closed.
4. Insert the mains plug back into the socket
and switch the appliance on again.
5. Carry out a reset as described in the “Re-
set” section on page EN-12.
Changing the Activated Carbon filter (8)
If the “Filter Change Reminder 1” LED lights
up, the Activated Carbon filter (8) must be re-
placed.
1. Switch off the appliance and take the
mains plug out of the socket.
2. Take out both filters (see “Remove filter
packing” on page EN-10).
3. Replace the Activated Carbon filter (8)
with a new one of the same type.
4. Put both filters back in.
5. Insert the filter cover (6) at the bottom and
fold it closed.
6. Insert the mains plug back into the socket
and switch the appliance on again.
7. Carry out a reset as described in the “Re-
set” section on page EN-12.
Storing the appliance
If the appliance will not be used for a long
time,
– disconnect the mains plug from the socket,
– clean the appliance,
– store the appliance in a clean, dry room,
where the temperature fluctuates as little
as possible.
