Troubleshooting table
Problem

The dishes are
not completely
clean.
There are food scraps which
are encrusted onto the dish-
es.
Soak dirty dishes prior to washing the dish-
es.
The dishes have not been
stacked optimally.
Stack the dishes in such a way that all
parts can be reached by the water jets (see
„Loading the dishwasher“ on page EN-15).
You have selected the incor-
rect dishwashing programme.
Select the correct dishwashing programme
(see „Dishwasher programme table“ on
page EN-18).
The dishwasher detergent is
incorrectly dosed.
Use the correct dosage of dishwasher de-
tergent (see „Dishwasher programme ta-
ble“ on page EN-18).
The water pressure is too low. Turn the water tap on completely.
The spraying arm can not ro-
tate unhindered.
Ensure that no dishes are impeding the
motion of the spraying arm.
The nozzles on the spraying
arm are blocked/calcified.
Clean the nozzles (see „Cleaning the spray-
ing arm“ on page EN-23).
