Mounting
There are magnets that can delete magnetic data media,
such as bank cards, at the heating fields/empty elements.
Do not have a bank card or similar material on you
during mounting.

Basic set for divider (42512180) is mounted (→ separate
instructions)
Connecting lines are laid
Finished floor is completed
Thermostat valve with adjusting function is mounted and con-
nected (→ separate instructions of the manufacturer)

Compression fittings max. size 32

Preparatory steps (→ Fig. 1–6)
Check whether the scope of delivery is complete and free of
damage.
Lay out the required tools.
At the basic set:
Remove the existing cable ties at the connecting lines.
Dismantle the cross member.
Place the cross member at the basic set.
At the heating field:
Dismantle the plugs.
Mount the 3/8" adapter to the Euro-cone.
Premounting the wall mounting and compression fittings
(→ Fig. 7–15)
Insert the heating field into the basic set.
Observe the installation position of the compression fittings:
flush with the front edge of the heating field (→ Fig. B).
Reduce all the connecting lines to the required length and
premount the compression fittings at the connecting lines.
Use the adjusting screws to align the heating field together
with a second person.
Premount the wall mounting (retainer and spacer).
Set up the wall mounting and mark the drill holes.
Remove the wall mounting.
Lift the heating field out of the basic set.
Drill the holes and insert the screw anchors.
Screw tight the retainer with washers and screws.
Screw on the rosette.
Mounting the heating field and wall mounting (→ Fig. 16–19)
If mirror elements are to be mounted, take the installa-
tion position of the heating field into account: The mirror
can only be mounted on the side that does not come
directly into contact with the heating field (→ Fig. A).

Insert the heating field into the basic set and screw tight the
compression fittings.
Insert the spacer into the retainer.
Screw in the screw and set screw.
Screw tight the heating field with screws, washers and nuts.
Ensure that the screws lie as far as possible apart.
Connection (→ Fig. 20)
The automatic bleed valve is premounted at the heating field.
Tighten the compression fittings at all the connecting lines.
Mount the thermostatic valve with adjusting function
externally since mounting under the radiator is not
possible.

Commissioning
The bleed valve bleeds automatically in the closed state.
Do not open the bleed valve completely.
Replace leaking bleed valves and do not close them
with a cap.

Fill and bleed the radiator.
Danger of scalding!
Check the radiator and water connections for leaks.
Mounting accessories and covers (→ Fig. 21–22)
If applicable, mount the towel rail/hook to the covers or a
folding mirror (→ separate instructions).
Hang in all the covers/mirrors. In the process ensure that the
covers/mirrors are flush at the top with the heating field.
Fault elimination
The bleed valve bleeds automatically in the closed
state. If this is not the case, manual bleeding can be
achieved by opening the bleed valve.
Do not open the bleed valve completely.
Replace leaking bleed valves and do not close
them with a cap.

Open the bleed valve with a max. of ¼ revolutions anticlock-
wise.
Fill and bleed the radiator.
Danger of scalding!
Check the radiator and water connections for leaks.
Close the bleed valve clockwise and check for leaks.
