Safety Notes
Gloves should be worn during installation to prevent crushing and cutting
injuries.
The hot and cold supplies must be of equal pressures.
Installation Instructions
• Prior to installation, inspect the product for transport damages. After it has been
installed, no transport or surface damage will be honoured.
• The pipes and the fixture must be installed, flushed and tested as per the
applicable standards.
• The plumbing codes applicable in the respective countries must be observed.
• During initial start-up and after servicing, air in the fittings can cause noise. After
switching the jet on and off about 15 times, the noise will stop.

• Hansgrohe recommends not to use as drinking water the first half liter of water
drawn in the morning or after a prolonged period of non-use.
• Using the full scope of functions is only possible when the hansgrohe home app
is installed.
Setting portioned water output

• Possible for different water types and volumes.
• It is possible to set an individual output volume up to max. 1100 ml for each of
the three water types.
• If the desired volume was exceeded by mistake, stop the teaching procedure by
waiting for approx. 10 s and then restart it.
Retrieving portioned water output

• A suitable water volume for the desired water volume must be taught before-
hand.
• The water output can be interrupted at any time by pressing any button.
Environmental Protection
The packaging materials can be recycled. Please do not throw the packaging into

Troubleshooting
• A red glowing LED on the mixer indicates an error status; in that case check the
error code on the device and follow the instructions in the trouble shooting chart
of 76835000.
• A yellow LED on the fitting indicates an ongoing cleaning; in that case check
the error code on the device and follow the instructions in the troubleshooting
chart of 76835000.
• A white glowing LED on the mixer indicates an operating message; these
concern cleaning, flushing, water output, portioned water output, etc.
