Mains-reset and Keyboard-reset
Mains-reset
If an error displays during programming or operation
then perform the "Mains-reset" as follows:
- pull out mains plug,
- wait 10 seconds and put in mains plug.
Keyboard-reset
The "Keyboard-reset" reinstate the factory parameters.
With the "Keyboard-reset" undesired program settings
can be cancelled or displayed errors can be removed
which cannot be removed with "Mains-reset".
The "Keyboard reset" deletes any settings and the factory
parameters are reinstated. Any settings to the local
conditions (e.g. pressure, temperature) which are
performed by a professional are deleted.

If error message 11F occurs the keyboard-reset
haven´t influences over the settings, they are
remained.
1) Press “Safety setting key” and "Hand shower key"
simultaneously and keep depressed for about 5
seconds.
2) Display 88.8C.
3) Reinstate the factory set parameters are created, all
previous programming is deleted.
4) Repeat motor alignment.
Servicing thermostat
Clean filter:
1) Disconnect transformer from the mains supply
2) Remove side panel on Duschtempel
®
EL10 (wall-
version)
Remove mirror and rear wall on Duschtempel
®
EL40
corner version
3) Loosen the motor attachment (1) by using an
Allen key size 3 and remove motor
4) Shut down water by turning the shut-off valve (3)
clockwise
5) Unscrew none-return valve (2) by turning them counter
clockwise
6) Check and clean filter, reassemble in reverse order
7) Perform motor alignment.
If there is danger of frost, or emptying the
entire plumbing system of water, then the shut-
off valve must remain open and the non-return
valves/filter removed. Installation unit must be
blown out by using pressurised air.
