METHOD PROCEDURE
• Add 1 drop of
HI93719C-0
Magnesium
Hardness Reagent C to one cuvette (#1).
Replace the plastic stopper and the cap.
Invert several times to mix the solution. This
is the blank.
• Add 1 drop of
HI93719D-0
Magnesium
Hardness Reagent D to the second cuvette
(#2). Replace the plastic stopper and the
cap. Invert several times to mix the solution.
This is the sample.
• Insert the blank (#1) into the holder and
ensure that the notch on the cap is positioned
securely in the groove.
• Press
Zero
. The display will show “-0.0-” when the meter is zeroed and ready for
measurement.
• Remove the cuvette.
• Insert the sample (#2) into the holder and ensure that
the notch on the cap is positioned securely in the groove.
