MEASUREMENT PROCEDURE
• Select the
Iron LR
method using the procedure described in the METHOD SELECTION
section.
Note:
If tutorial mode is disabled, follow the measurement procedure below. If the
tutorial mode is enabled, press
Measure
and follow the messages on the screen.
• Fill one graduated mixing cylinder, up to
the 25 mL mark, with DIW.
• Add the content of one packet of
HI93746-0
Iron LR Reagent. Close the
cylinder with a rubber stopper and shake
vigorously for 30 seconds. This is the
blank.
• Fill a cuvette with 10 mL of the blank (up
to the mark). Replace the plastic stopper
and the cap.
