GENERAL DESCRIPTION AND INTENDED USE
The
HI99163
lightweight, portable pH meter together
with a
FC2323
combination pH electrode, is designed to
measure pH during meat processing.
The
HI99163
has a waterproof and compact casing and it
features a simple to use two button operation system. It has
a large dual‑line display, and automatic pH calibration at
one or two points.
The
FC2323
probe has a removable stainless steel blade
that allows pH measurements to be taken in intact
muscle during processing. The
FC2323
has an easy to
clean PVDF body and a single junction gel filled reference
with free diffusion sleeve style reference junction. The
FC2323
has a built‑in temperature probe for temperature
compensated pH readings and an integrated preamplifier
to provide measurements impervious to noise and electrical
interferences.
