Section 4: Installing the Aileron Control Horns and Linkages

Step 10

Locate the wing strake pieces (4), noting the top and
bottom. Using CA glue, join the top and bottom strake
pieces together forming an airfoil shape. Place the strakes
centered over the right and left wing joint and mark their
position using a pencil.

Step 11

Mix 1/2 ounce of 30-minute epoxy and coat the wing
between the lines made in the previous step and install
the strakes using the lines as a reference. Tape them in
position and clean up the excess using a paper towel and
rubbing alcohol.
