73503 - 73509
Process housing with numerous closing plates for holding various measuring sensors
to monitor liquid process flows
Proper Application
The VARIOhab measuring system is used in the food and beverage industry as well as the pharmaceutical
and chemical industry for process monitoring.
The process housing can be equipped with different measuring sensors to record various process
parameters in a flow of liquid. Monitoring and evaluating occurs externally.
The measuring system may be used for the intended purpose only. Please pay attention to the specified
pressure and temperature range, the flow media and the installation situation.
Applicable and generally recognised safety rules as well as the operating manual instructions must be
followed during assembly and disassembly, in operation and during maintenance.
Foreseeable Misuse
The following are examples of misuse:
Liquid media different to that envisaged in the operating manual flow through the process housing.
Operating conditions other than those specified in the operating manual are present.
The safety information is disregarded during operation, assembly and maintenance.
Independent modifications or changes to the measuring system are carried out that restrict safety
or functionality.
The measuring system is operated in a not fully functional state.
The User's Duty to Exercise Diligence
The user must especially ensure that:
Installation of the measuring system is carried out correctly by trained technical staff.
The measuring system is operated according to its intended purpose and in a fully functional state.
The statutory requirements for operation, assembly and maintenance are observed.
Only sufficiently qualified and authorised personnel maintain the measuring system.
